Precision replaced my garage door last year. Then yesterday it quit working. So Louis installed a new updated motor under warranty.the service was awesome! I called this morning and he was here within 2 hours! Both service techs were very informative and friendly.

Precision garage doors is the way to go!! They were less expensive than the repair company recommended by our builders. They came out the same day we called and our technician Lucas did an awesome job. He was informative and very polite, and he was able to replace the broken springs, installed a proper bushing (the installers used a plastic piece) and oiled the chain for us in under an hour. We were also pleasantly surprised that the company offers payment plans. Will definitely call them next time we have any issues.

I contacted Precision Doors to replace an older garage door with a hurricane rated door. They came out to provide an estimate the same day and within two weeks the job was completed. The salesman was very helpful in answering all my questions and added all requested options at no additional charge. The installer arrived on-time, was very pleasant, did a great job installing the garage, cleaned up the garage floor and took the time to show me everything I needed to know to operate and maintain the door.
