This was the first-time using Precision and I must say the experience was outstanding. My garage door would only open halfway and I didn't know if it was the door itself or the 20-year-old garage door opener. The technician figured out the problem in about 20 minutes, it was the opener; and he was very thorough and gave me a list of items that require fixing, but not at this time. I will definitely request the services of Precision Garage Door again.

I called precision in the morning. That afternoon John came out to take a look at what we had going on. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was telling him about the problems with our garage door. John also took the time to explain to me what the problems were and showed me the spots and parts that were needing attention. As a new home owner I am very appreciative that he took his time to explain to me and show me exactly what he was talking about. I learned a lot! Jimmy Johnson was my technician and he was excellent to work with and thoroughly explained how to maintain my garage door by lubricating it on a regular basis.

The worst experiencetrying to replace a broken spring on my garage door. A technician named Craig Earle showed up and after he inspected the garage door he gave me an estimate on everything that he thought was wrong with my garage door. The price he quoted me was $2400 . When I said I only need the springs replaced for now to get the garage working, he said it will cost me $460 per spring for a total $1040 with labor. While he was still in my living room I made a quick call to Local Garage Door Services Inc. and they gave me a quote for $299. Quite the difference in the pricing. Craig was a crook who tries to take advantage of people. I would never recommend Precision to anybody. Please shop around before you do business with this company they are a bunch of crooks with no work ethics.
