I was given a speedy appointment on the day that I called them. Unfortunately they weren’t able to fix my garage door because D&D installed the garage doors when the house was built and they are the only ones that can fix it because they have a patent on it that only they can fix! What a bummer! The Precision technician was very professional and very knowledgeable about my garage door issue. I really wanted to give Precision my business. If I ever change my garage doors, I will be hiring Precision to do the job for sure!

Precision door came out in l day to fix my garage door , but gave me the option of same day service if I needed it. Their colleague Alex who can out was very knowledgeable and very respectful, gave options and gave me a choice of options to have done . My garage door is over 20 years old and it needed work. Nothing is cheap anymore and this wasn't either but it works and sounds like a brand new door . Well worth the money !!! Can't thank Alex and Precision door company for the great service I received . I will recommend your company to everyone I know .
