Zach is a very knowledgeable man, after his indepth inspection, he informed me of his findings, we worked out a price and he went to work. I am very pleased with his professional results. Doors work better than ever. He worked longer than expected but did not stop until all was finished and cleaned up. Thank you.

Isak, the Precision tech, showed up on time and even called prior with a 15 mins warning. Door was inspected, quote with military discount and options created. We agreed on the work/price and he went to work! He completed the work in 45 mins, as he said. Awesome work, great customer service skills. I'm a happy customer. Thank you!

The spring broke on my garage door and the door came down crooked. I couldn’t open the door at all. I called Precision and they came out quickly and fixed the problem. The technician Chris showed up on time and was courteous. I have used Precision in the past to install a new garage door opener and will use them again if needed.

I had the luck of the draw to have Luke R. come to my house to troubleshoot a problem with my OLD opener that wouldn't close properly. After a VERY thorough look at the system, going step by step, but quickly the issue was figured out and there was a short term fix available as well as a replacement, with two options there. After a discussion, my wife and I picked a replacement option which he quickly and effeciently installed for us, including setting up both cars and all "switches" to open it up (and tied one to the other door we have as well). I will be using Precision to replace the other door (also OLD) opener soon, and will be requesting that Luke come then as well.

Well we heard a loud noise in garage and when we looked nothing seemed wrong. The next morning I went to open garage door. But it did not open. I went and checked all the usual things and disconnected from opener. To my surprise I could not lift door at all. Then finally I saw it...the spring snapped. I called Precision immediately and they set appointment for next morning. Josh showed up the next morning and was awesome. He told us all our options and quickly fixed the problem. I will use Precision for all my needs in the future and will tell my neighbors.

Promptly competed work and did not leave a mess. First time using this company but I will continue to use them in the future should the need arise. Thank you very much

The technician was professional and friendly, and he completed work quickly. I was surprised by the price as it turned out to be almost double of the high end range of the estimate I was told when I called to ask for a quote and make the appointment.

I called Precision Door Service because they always send out a person that is professional in demeanor and skilled in their craft. The problem is patiently explained and there is never a hard sell for anything. Nothing happens until you understand and approve and then they get right on it. Before you know it the work is done, problem (s) solved and you go on with your day.

The Precision Team was awesome starting with the sale through the Installation of our new Hurricane rated garage doors. Austin did an outstanding job with walking us through the available product which truly helped us in making an informed decision on the type of garage doors to meet our need. When it came to the installation of the garage doors, Jerry and Adam did an outstanding job!! Their teamwork and knowledge of the garage doors was amazing which gave us a peace of mind on our purchase. The end-result was beautifully installed garage doors that makes us smile everything when pull up to our home. Called Precision on Tuesday. They came out to look at the situation gave us an estimate and we’re out Wednesday (the very next day) to install the door. Rob West was our installing technician. He was professional, through and explained everything that he was going to perform that day. After the installation he explained throughly how to use the entire system. If every company and their employees did this type of amazing work it would take the pressure and worry out of contacting companies to have work done. We had a new garage door and opener installed. Everything is perfect and thanks again to Rob on an outstanding job. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and workmanship! It was easy to give this these guys a five star rating.
