What a difference between Precision & the previous company I had used! I see why the reviews are so good. Prompt same day service. Arnold was so good at explaining everything & all my options. No hard sell, just good advice. He replaced the garage door opener, sensors, keypad, wall pad, etc. He said the springs & door were still ok. He showed us how to use everything & said to call if any additional questions. I would definitely use Precision again.

He made his recommendations and did a complete evaluation of the problem I was having with my overhead door which is 24 years old. I contacted your company from the Hillsborough County green book which in the past I have had very good luck on choosing a company. The pricing was very good for the restoration of my garage door. Service was prompt & repair was made within 2 hours. However I feel like I was taken advantage of. We contacted Banko with the invoice inhand from Precision & were told for the same repairs with Banko the cost would have been less than $400. Not the $1130.00 I paid Precision.

Chris Pinnegar came in, introduced himself and then got to work. He told me what the general problem was but he also told me how he was going to diagnose in detail to find the best solution. a simple stripped wire was causing my garage door not to close. after showing me the wires, he replaced them and then tested the door… Perfect. But this is when he really impressed me. He went back to his truck got his drill and tightened every single bolt on the door, some of which were incredibly loose. He tested the door again and told me I was set. I told him this was one of the best experiences I had with a repair company. I shouldn't be surprised the last time these guys came out four years ago it was an amazing experience that made me call them back this time. oh by the way the price was below what I expected and a fraction of what it was worth. Kudos.

Rob and Justin installed a new garage door, opener and remotes. They did an excellent job. They were here on time, cleaned up the garage and hauled the old stuff away. I thought that the overall price for the replacement was decent. Jason came out yesterday to give us a quote and it was extremely clear that this company wants to ensure that the customer is happy. Quality work in a timely fashion. What more can you ask for?
