Joshua, our technician, arrived at our house to repair our garage. He was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our garage, and provided an estimate. After we went over the invoice, and figured out what was needed, Josh proceeded to repairing our garage. He was very precise on the job, and explained the five years parts and labor warranty. He was professional, courteous and very intent on not only replacing the springs, but insuring that everything was safe, and working correctly. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. Our garage door spring broke and it was replaced the same day. Service was excellent and professional. The replacement was done very quickly and efficiently by Logan. Garage Door was making a loud noise when you would put the door up. Charlie arrived around 4 pm and did evaluation and tighten been tweaked what was needed Was in and out in a timely manner and resolve the issue.

This is my second time using Precision. The first was two years ago to replace an old garage door opener. This time was for a broken sporing. Everything was made very easy at an affordable price. From the time I called to the time our garage door was fixed was less than 2 hours. Chris Johnson was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He showed up on time, explained the issue, gave us options and had the garage door back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Precision!

Chris Wyckoff did an amazing job. Needed a new opener & updated rail system. Chris patiently and thoroughly explained all my options. When he completed the job, he walked me through the operation of my new opener and we tested it. During the test, Chris noticed a grinding noise caused by one of the wheels and replaced the wheel. No more noise! He even provided me with his card in case I had further questions or issues Unfortunately, my budget would not allowed for a new garage door. But if I can come up with additional funds, I will definitely be asking for Chris as my installer. What Precision says is their TV ads is 100% true!

We had been considering replacing our garage door for a few weeks and a spring broke on our existing door Sunday, the day before Memorial Day. We got on a wait list for Sunday, booked an appointment for Memorial Day. The customer service was excellent. Monday morning the tech - Jesse - called and said he was 20 minutes out; 20 minutes later he texted to say he was here. Jesse was awesome in many ways; as a car guy he understood the importance of not dinging my car, and he held the broken garage door up so I could get it out. He did a thorough assessment, gave us information along the way, and a recommendation that met our goals without breaking the bank. Instead of doing a door replacement he just replaced the moving parts (motor and chain excluded) and it works and sounds like new. And, Jesse is not only a solid professional, he's just a really good guy. We could not be more satisfied.
