I was so impressed with the techs Austin and Brian. Did a great job very professional courteous and knew what needed to be done and did it. I am glad I called Precision Doors to do this work. They were also very caring when I told them about my wife's loss of her Dad a week earlier. It was his home and we are taking care of all the business of getting things done. Once again great job!

Quick to respond to my problem (broken spring) and showed up on time. Replaced both springs (always recommended) and lubed everything. Next day the door only went up partway and stopped, wouldn't move, either mechanically or manually. Called Precision and they came out quickly and replaced one of the springs which was apparently bad. No more issues. Because of the problem, they replaced the rollers free of charge.

Precision Garage Door to the Rescue! I called late on a Saturday night as my garage door spring snapped and the door could not be opened. The Technician, Christopher was scheduled the very next day on a Sunday, he was on time, and within 4 hours replaced the spring plus, I purchased an upgraded Lift-master Wifi Motor, new rollers, etc. The system works perfectly-- "I love it". The Technician, Christopher was extremely professional, knowledgable and very detail conscious about the entire installation. He and Precision get 5 Stars! 4.5 Stars He came early, ready for work. Took time to assess the issuesand gave two estimates; the first to repair the door to make sure it worked and there were no safety issues. the second was for a full restoration to like new condition. Though both jobs were a high I decided on the first estimate. He went to work with little fanfare and with in a hour an half he completed the job. The door is easy to lift and stays on the tracks. I would recommend this company and this individual to everyone. Not cheap, not the most expensive but competent.
