My installer was Stefan Harris. What a true professional! He installed a new garage door operating system and resolved every issue I had with the door itself. Quick, clean, professional installation by an experienced individual sho truly knows his job. He provided me with clear informative operating instructions and walked me through everything! My garage door broke this past Monday. I noticed that a neighbor was having their garage door worked on by Precision Garage Door Co. I asked your repairman if he could look at my garage door. He called his office and they told him it would be ok for him to work on my door. Your company was a lifesaver, I needed new rollers. The repairman was very courteous and completed the repair very efficiently. I appreciate and am very thankful that your company was able to make the time for me. Thanks a million Jimmy! Thanks for getting me through an emergency where I was locked out of my garage and house. I called Precision because they’ve helped me so well in the past.
