Very professional service provider. I had my door springs replaced by them earlier in the year. After some time, I noticed my door was slamming harder than usual. I called up Precision and they sent a technician the same day. He did an inspection and adjusted the springs and motor. This all fell under warranty, which was a pleasant surprise.

5 stars for Tori just don't understand the way she put in comments the insurance company wanted to know if it was storm related and in the comments she just said it was a old door and we no longer have them in stock. I am thinking because of hurricane Milton they wanted something saying it was because of the storm I needed a new door. Tori is a excellent person for your establishment sweet to the point and right on everything you should be proud and I am sure you are of what she brings to your business.Yiu have my business weather it is with the insurance company or me personally I will choose your business to replace my garage door thank you.
