Requested service on remote opening feature. Same day service provided and technician (Hunter) arrived ahead of schedule, but he did call ahead. Unit checked and made operational. I am pleased with the service provided. There was no charge as the unit was under warranty. I would use Precision again for any garage door issues.

They came out and repaired our garage door 2 HOURS before the other company I called even called me back. 2. I’d give ten stars if I could. What a great company to work with. Michele was very accommodating when I asked her to come back a second time so my wife could also see the demo on her van. She was thorough with explaining all details of the project. The installers Luke and Nick were great. They called ahead and arrived on time as promised. They also went over the project with me in detail. About four hours later they were done installing one double and one single door with all new framing to code.And everything looks fantastic. They even took the time to program our two cars to the new opener. Thank you so much.

It was a wonderful experience and I’m really greatful for the quick response. Your tech was outstanding and very professional. He gave us a full estimate and explained exactly what and how he would accomplish completing the work. He was very through and completely friendly. The only problem is during the pricing he did not say anything about discounts, maybe you don’t have any. Most companies I deal with have at least a military discount. My husband is a retired veteran but no discount was mentioned or suggested. I think you might want to review.
