He and another employee worked very hard to take down the old opener and related hardware and installed a new one very quickly and efficiently. Contacted 3 companies for quotes on a 16x7 wind rated garage door. Not only was Precision the best price, but it was impact rated also vs. a 130 mph wind only. They also had a brown door at no extra cost, in stock! The others had a minimum 2 week lead time. Precision had my door installed 2 days later and removed the old door no charge. Courtney was my sales agent and Justin was my installer. I was completely impressed by both! Excellent experience! Justin was a tremendous installer! I highly recommend Precision as the entire experience was first class!

Upsale performed on original repair requested. Agreed upon evaluation, however my original upgraded springs were unnecessarily removed and replaced with standard springs. Was charged $360 EACH !!! Retailed online around $100. Overcharged on parts on all items!!!

Just like the commercial states, they are truly a name you can trust.
