I have used Precision before. They are dependable and very professional. They came out within an hour of my call. The technician was so knowledgeable and gave me a quote. He had to replace the motor, cables, and springs. I believe his name is Keith and he did a great job and explained everything to me. The door works great now and its also very quiet opening and closing. I recommend this company highly. I'm one satisfied customer.

I have been with Precision for 3 years and everytime I call they are there same day or a time that suits my schedule. The last vist a week ago the tech arrived I explained what was happening, openned the door and he new right away the problem. I needed a support brace on the garage door. He installed it and was done in a half hour. I could not believe it. Everytime I call Precision the customer service is perfect. They definitely deserve a 5 plus rating. After The reps can and give us three estimates On Sunday for the repairs(which were very high) I then called another company which came on Monday. The repairs were made. There invoice was 500% than precision's lowest estimate. The highest estimate was as much as a new door.

He could have sold me a motor, but went the honest route instead of the sale. We love the TV commercials and when it came time for a garage door repair there was only one company to call PRECISION! The phone call was easy and the technicians showed up between the time they were scheduled! Amazing! They explained the problem that a spring had broken and because the system was old we decided to replace the door opener and all.
