After the hurricane my door cables broke and my vehicle was trapped. They came out despite me not having any power, fortunately power was restored the night before, but my technician spent the time explaining what could be done to restore the door, how long it would last or what I could replace. I chose to replace components to be safe (the door is old). The service is amazing and workmanship is amazing. Price is a little high but in the end worth it. I’ll stick with this company all the time. Plus my dogs love my tech.

It felt like a "sales" tactic vs when I used them several years ago... there was no sound recommendations to resolve the main issue. I was offered and quoted a bunch of things that were nice but wasn't the root of my problem. You're the expert, don't tell me that "I will let you chose what you want to do" ...and everything quoted was 50% more than they were two years ago. This seems excessive. The technicians were really nice though and were in and out for the repair, Again it felt like sales and that's not cool.

I never dreamed that I could get and appt. on a Sunday to have my garage opener repaired? Not only did I make the appt. but Carlos was hear on time, very knowlegeable and fixed the problem! And when I asked him how much I owed him, I was shocked. Very, very very reasonable! Especially for a Sunday! I will definately use Precision again and refer friends and family. Thank You - Janet

Precision Overhead Garage Door is a best in class service provider for your garage door. They effectively communicated with me during the entire process and their upfront pricing ensures you, the customer, has full awareness of the cost associated with your repair. Their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, this includes call intake and technicians. *** Beware of companies impersonating them and make sure you are talking to the real company before you place a service call. Some search engine results will provide a number to a call center overseas who "farms" service calls to local smaller companies pretending to be Precision Overhead Garage Door. ***

Very pleased with the service provided. The technician provided a candid assessment and a prioritized repair estimate. There was no pressure to up sale, after discussing what was needed I chose to get the work that was necessary today, understand what will be needed down the road, and secure a military discount on the final charge.

Pleasantly surprised that we received a call asking if we could have the appointment earlier than scheduled, which started the process on a very positive note! Michael arrived and thoroughly explained what we needed to get back up and running, got our car out of the garage to allow us to still make our morning appointment, and worked diligently to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Extremely impressed and would recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service without hesitation! Again THANK YOU!

Precision installed a new door for us in 2010. I have had no problems whatsoever until hurricane Helene decided to visit. My next door neighbor came over and showed me how to open my door as i didn't have electricity. Later in the day I closed the door. I needed to go out and tried to open said door. It would not open. My neighbor came over again and there was no way the door would open. I called Precision and was able to set an appointment that day before 2:00 pm. Technicial Jeremy came over and got my door working in about 20 minutes. He gave me written estimates on repairing the door at a later date. Mind you this door has not been serviced since the installation in 2010 so I'm looking at 14 years of use. I am so impressed with the care and complete explanations of what it's going to take to get my garage door in tip top shape for the future. I will be setting up an overhaul in the very near future.
