Precision installed a new door for us in 2010. I have had no problems whatsoever until hurricane Helene decided to visit. My next door neighbor came over and showed me how to open my door as i didn't have electricity. Later in the day I closed the door. I needed to go out and tried to open said door. It would not open. My neighbor came over again and there was no way the door would open. I called Precision and was able to set an appointment that day before 2:00 pm. Technicial Jeremy came over and got my door working in about 20 minutes. He gave me written estimates on repairing the door at a later date. Mind you this door has not been serviced since the installation in 2010 so I'm looking at 14 years of use. I am so impressed with the care and complete explanations of what it's going to take to get my garage door in tip top shape for the future. I will be setting up an overhaul in the very near future.

It was quick and easy to especially since it was Sunday morning when the spring broke. Had two cars stuck in the garage when it broke the repair person worked around that problem with no damage to either car. He was friendly and courteous while here and took about 2.5 to complete. I have used precision before and have been very satisfied. I just recommended them to a friend and she too was pleased with their replacement of her two double sized garage doors. The young man who came today went above his job description to even bring my garbage bin in from the road. I wish I had caught his name so I could mention him specifically.

Your company was referred to us by a friend. Our technician was Chris he was great. He explained we needed repkaced. I feel he did it in a timely manner. Considering he discovered that other parts were worn and needed replacement in the future we decided it best to have all necessary work completed now instead of later.
