I've used Precision before and found them to be competent reasonable and efficient. I had a problem installing my opener on my wife's new car and called Precision because I've a good experience in the past. Unfortunately my suspicions were right and the old opener (10 years) was incompatible with the new technology and had to be replaced. The technician had the equipment, was able to replace it in less than an hour at a reasonable price.

Sunday is not the best day to have any kind of issue with your garage and particularly when it is stuck halfway open and will neither open or close...……since you've backed your car into it..... What a difference between Precision & the previous company I had used! I see why the reviews are so good. Prompt same day service. Arnold was so good at explaining everything & all my options. No hard sell, just good advice. He replaced the garage door opener, sensors, keypad, wall pad, etc. He said the springs & door were still ok. He showed us how to use everything & said to call if any additional questions. I would definitely use Precision again.

He made his recommendations and did a complete evaluation of the problem I was having with my overhead door which is 24 years old. I contacted your company from the Hillsborough County green book which in the past I have had very good luck on choosing a company. The pricing was very good for the restoration of my garage door.
