I had had a small issue with my garage door a few years ago and the result and the way Precision handled it was so good I always said if I needed anything done with my garage doors in the future they were who I would call. So lately as I begin having problems, I contacted them this morning Saturday online and was able to make an appointment for noon the same day. Nick showed up was super helpful and explained my options. After deciding on the work, he took care of everything timely efficiently, and professionally. I’m extremely happy with the results , and would recommend to anyone needing garage door help to contact Precision. Thanks Nick.

I called at 1:55pm and they gave me a window from 2pm - 6! Our tech Chad P was amazing. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he give us options to save on repair costs, but he fixed our problem on site. He also pointed out other concerns from wear and tear as he came across them. We opted in on getting everything completed same day and couldn't be more pleased. Our door is SO quiet now and we have peace of mind that it's one less worry! Don't go with anyone else. Don't even shop around!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Two months into my new home and the garage door wouldn't close on its own. I wanted a local company but established with a good reputation. Lucas W was my technician. Arrived on time. He could have just fixed the problem I called about but I asked him to check everything over. My door system was over 19 years old and loud. Lucas walked me through what he saw. I never felt pressured to do it all - just was well informed on how it was working. I decided to get the new opener and all other recommendations. It's so quiet!! I could not be happier! Thank you.

Isak was my technician . He was friendly, and efficient. I would recommend this Company. I like that they had a computer history of what was done on my garage door opener and based the repairs off of what had been done to the unit 8 years ago.

I was quoted price of $100 per spring up to $360 per spring over the phone. When tech arrived said it would be $378 for basic spring or $478 for upgraded spring. This is quite a lot higher than quoted. The only reason I gave a star was because technician was polite when I said I didn’t want all the extras that they wanted to add on. Would not use this company again because of their onsite up pricing
