From start to finish, working with Precision to get a new garage door selected, ordered and installed was a great experience. Melanie M was a fantastic sales person -- and found us the exact door we wanted, in a very timely manner. She was very thorough, gave us samples and answered all our questions and concerns. Very, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Nick and his crew installed it today. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took out the old garage door, put in the new -- all in about 3.5 hours. Explained the door operation, the required maintenance, we set the keypad code. He was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Garage Doors, they are clearly very well led and well managed.

Our door issue happened at 4:30pm. Craig was at the house by 8:30 the next morning and long story short, he and Precision did right by us. The story is longer but that's all you need to know about this company. Craig was helpful, caring and we greatly appreciate how he treated us.

We called Precision based on the commercials and reviews. Daron arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly (why our garage door squeaks and creaks at a very high volume) and gave me three fixes. Our 6 year old garage door opener would open the door by itself. At first, we thought we did something wrong, however, we both witnessed it doing this after we disengaged it. We called Precision door and Austin Orton, our technician arrived within a few hours. He checked everything out and recommended we change the circuit board. The price was fair and decided to proceed. Austin was very professional and quickly did the repairs. Having peace of mind now, we will continue to call on Precision garage door for all maintenance needs and repairs on our door and opener. We highly recommend this company.

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and both times the work accomplished was EXCELLENT. The first time was in 2013. 8 years later, we called upon them again. The parts (main spring) they use are of high quality as seen by how long they last. With 3 kids driving, the garage door is used a lot. Chris W. arrived ahead of schedule and in minutes identified the problem. He discussed my options (no pressure sales) and when I agreed on the price, he replaced the springs within 45 min. By the way, same day service!!! We HIGHLY recommend Precision. Thank you Chris for a GREAT job!
