Sherman was the tech's name who just finished installing my new garage door. Arrived the exact minuet he said he would. Did the job in exactly the time he said it would take and did it with precision, skill and care. Door looks great, works great. One of the springs broke, at 8pm Tues Nov 20, 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. Precision Garage door, came this next morning at about 0930 am. Quick response. The tech showed me many price numbers? on a 8 1/2 X 11 note pad. By the time the tech finished the job ( 2) both springs replaced and also bearing replaced. I was a little shock on the repair cost $ 880.00. I paid via credit card on the tech's credit card machine. I have yet to be given a detail or any invoice receipt? I would really like to receive a detailed paid invoice! I have absolutely no ideal how much they charged for these repaired items?
