Gave us timetime to decide on what we want to do. After weafe our mind what we wanted done he was very professional in doing it and explained everything he did. My garage door springs broke and needed replacing. I called Precision at that evening and they sent Mike F. out the next day. The window was from 12-4 pm and Mike arrived shortly after noon. He was professional and gave me several options to fit my budget and objectives. I used other companies in the past that misrepresented the quality products being installed. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend Precision.

James Long was our service tech. He did a great job. Efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned up and good as new when he left. We had our old door serviced and renewed, got a new spring and new door opener system. We called yesterday and were all fixed up 24 hours later.

We called Precision because when closing our garage door, it would close and then automatically go right back up. We thought that maybe our remote needed new batteries. We replaced the batteries and then it did not work at all. When the technician arrived, (William Masten) he replaced the batteries in the remote. Even though we had used brand new batteries, it appears that they were weak. After the technician replaced the batteries in the remote, the remote then worked. However, that did not solve the problem of the door staying closed. William made some adjustment and demonstrated that the door would then stayed closed. As soon as he left, we have not been able to make the door stay closed. We have to unplug everything from the outlet. So, I believe that we basically paid $49.95 to have Precision replace the batteries in our remote. The technician was very polite, but our problem is not solved.

They respond promptly,, they have the skill and knowledge to install new ,fix, or repair.. whatever is the best solution, and they give you the choices and cost. . Was a customer on 2012so when my spring broke I called you. Your tech came out and wrote down 4 different prices on a plain sheet of paper ranging from $1200 to $2500. When I said all I wanted was the springs replaced he then gave me a price if $950!! Ridiculous and insulting! Did not purchase and had springs replaced with someone else for $250! This quote was a Blantant rip off! Your business practices really need to be revised! I will never call you back or recommend you! You lost a customer for ever!
