The Homeowner Association (HOA) hired a company to paint the exterior of my house. Unfortunately, the workers were not careful and ended up damaging my garage door. However, I am grateful to Chris and Precision for their thorough analysis of the situation and for repairing my garage door. I highly recommend them for any door repairs as Chris is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented.

Tech quoted a price to replace our garage door opener of $800, double the price we later got from Home Depot and Lowe’s. When I didn’t jump to agree with his price (nothing in writing offered) he asked me what I wanted to pay. Then he went back to his truck, he said, to phone his manager. After several minutes of waiting, we told him to “forget it”. No repair or replacement done.

The technicians were very professional and did an outstanding job. 5-stars to the two gentlemen who did the work. However, the price to replace two Torsion springs, three bearings and two hinges was, in my opinion, unreasonably high at $1248. Otherwise, they did a great job!

Michael, the technician was very skilled, knowledgeable and clean. Patient and polite, explained everything to us, including all our different options. Precision installed our door 7 years ago. During the tuneup inspection, it was discovered that the motor was 23 years and nearly worn out. Additionally, the rollers were slightly worn and could be replaced. We elected to have a new Motor, chain and rollers installed.

I am so impressed with this company. Called at 11:45 and a service person arrived within 45 minutes. Diagnosed and checked the opener. Replaced opener and linked car plus installed a key pad. Very impressed.

Used company for original garage door and opener 20 years ago. Had new hurricane door and lift master installed 3 weeks ago. Have had nothing but issues with the lift master. Have placed numerous calls in this regard only to have a tech come out and reset the unit. No call from supervisor as promised last call.

Great group of service professionals. They were upfront and honest with the estimate and why certain things should be done now to prevent possible issues down the road. The garage door is now "whisper quiet" and more structurally secured compared to the original "lower the castle drawbridge". This was a full mechanism "overhaul" of the garage door itself. Springs, support shaft, bearings, cables, rollers and hinges that were not included in the original door installation over twenty years ago. They even showed us what needs to be done as a preventative maintenance measure to get another 20 years plus out of the garage door.
