Really it should be zero stars but the system required me to send a rating. I was almost completely ripped off by Precision. I called the company thinking it was service and name you can trust. The tech came out and told me my garage door system was destroyed and it would cost nearly $3000. I then called another company and they sent a tech out who repaired the system for an “emergeny” service fee of $300. I am incredibly disappointed by the sales tactics employed by Precision. I will never trust the company after this. It is deplorable.

Josh was incredible just now .I need a "new everything" due to the damage on my garage door and the "sprung spring which caused the door and the frame and the garage door opener to buckle and pretty much destroy everything.
