My old opener just gave out during the hurricane. I’ve been in Tampa for 8 years now and have heard a lot about Precision. They got here as soon as they could (they’ve been slammed since the storms) but Chad fixed us up with new equiptment in under an hour and it is now working better then ever. I called at 1:55pm and they gave me a window from 2pm - 6! Our tech Chad P was amazing. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he give us options to save on repair costs, but he fixed our problem on site. He also pointed out other concerns from wear and tear as he came across them. We opted in on getting everything completed same day and couldn't be more pleased. Our door is SO quiet now and we have peace of mind that it's one less worry! Don't go with anyone else. Don't even shop around!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cheney did an excellent job but after 2 weeks I noticed a bit of a gap at the bottom of the door. Called Precision just to make sure that’s how my door is suppose to sit. Chad stopped by within an hour and double checked everything for me and addressed my concern. I would recommend Precision for future garage repairs.
