I’m upset about what the tech sent out to my house and charged me $160.00 for 2 simple garage openers. I was told it would cost $39.95 each and I bought 2. The tech double charged me.This was a shock to me. I would like to know why I was overcharged and I would like a refund of $80. This is out ravenous and I will not call for additional service again unless I’m compensated. In Sept 2019, I believe I had work done that was quite expensive too. Springs etc for a 7 year guarantee. From the very beginning setting the appointment was fast and easy,. The young lady was super kind and was able to get someone to me quickly. I received an email advising me that Jordan Tompson would be my service tech. He showed up early with a 15 min phone call to let me know he was close. He was very kind and professional.
