After initially waiting nearly 4 hours which was the assigned window i received a phone call saying that they had an emergency and it was going to be another 2 hrs to get somebody to me. When i told them that that was not going to work as I had to be somewhere later in the day and flying out of town the next day they called me back to say that had a tech that would get to me in an hour. Though not ideal I felt i could make that work. The tech John Tsangarinos showed up at 3 and immediately got to work on the door. I found John to be super friendly and he explained everything to me clearly. Thoroughly enjoyed our side conversation and apologize to John for probably slowing him down, lol. He had all the repairs done w/in the hour and I was able to get to my appointment on time. Thanks John if I ever have an issue again I will be asking for you personally to do the repair!

Came out this morning to pull my truck out of the garage door and the door stopped about 12" above the ground. Releasing the door didn't work so I called the number on the sticker of the installer...(We bought the house about 4 years ago). I was promised a tech by !:00 pm and he came before noon. My mother called to let me know her garage door was not operating, upon my inspection I couldn't figure it out either thinking that the motor was burned out so I called Precision, your company has been out here before to replace the springs. Your technician Shane found out that it was just the outlet that the garage door opener was plugged into that was not working. He was also able to get the garage door working again with an extension cord temporarily pinned along the roof and down the side of the garage allowing my mom access to her garage. I was ready to pay for the bill and Shane said that there was no cost because they didn't replace anything. I insisted but he said no. What a nice surprise! Your company has outstanding personnel and customer service. We will be using your company in the next week or two at my daughters house she just purchased and absolutely needs a new garage door opener because this one is dangling from the ceiling.
