We had a minor repair with the brackets that control the manual lock from the handle of the door. Baylor replaced the bolts and inspected all components of the door and opener. He was helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and prompt to fix it. He was also very friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure to meet him.
