My Torsion Spring broke which left my garage door stuck in the closed position Called the night before and Precision made setting up the repair painless. While I probably could have found a lower price for the repair Precision has a great reputation and the repair came with a 3 year warranty. Overall I'm pleased with the repair and professionalism of the tech. I will recommend to my friends who have garage door issues.

Sure wish I had called Precision Garage Door Service first for a replacement door. I had solicited quotes from three other companies and was very disappointed in those responses. These folks are head and shoulders above those others. Precision’s sales agent knew her products very well and took the time to find out exactly what specs and design qualities were important to me. She gave me a very fair price on a good quality Amarr door and walked me through the entire ordering/installation timeline and process. The installers arrived right on schedule and were extremely professional and respectful. These guys were real craftsman and took great care to secure and align the door correctly and to assure that it was weathertight. The finished product looks great and works very smoothly and quietly. I am an old guy who is not that easily impressed, but this was truly a great experience with Precision from start to finish.

To be honest I called Precision because their sticker was on my garage door & I already knew they had a good reputation. My appointment was between 8am-12. Chris called me right before 8am & said he would be here in 20 min. which he was. He was very friendly & courteous. He gave me an estimate on the spot & then after approval, had my garage door fixed in about 2 hours. I definitely recommend!

Door would not open or close. Called at 10pm, technician arrived next morning. Replaced my 28 year old motor and other hardware. Can't believe how quiet and smooth it is. Now I won't wake up the neighbors every time I leave early to go fishing. Nick did great work, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He also went above and beyond by making adjustments to fit my over-height vehicle.

After waiting 4 months on a Lakeland OH Door company to replace operator on 14' tall door, I requested refund and scheduled a service call with Precision online at 10am. To my surpise same day appointment was available. Tech arrived at 4:30pm and had jack mount operatior on board, no waiting 4 months. Two hours later new opertor installed and door serviced.
