I called after 5PM on a Monday and had a service call by Wayne on Tuesday by 11AM. He diagnosed it and gave me a quote to fix the door, and completed the repairs very quickly. Technical couldn't tell what is wrong with the unit beyond that it is not the sensor. Nice to know that the $50 will be applied towards a complete new opener. My opinion were $1100 or $1800. Any attempt to troubleshoot the problem is not part of the diagnostic and start at $200 to reset the controller.

I am so impressed by the customer service experience and prompt appointments provided by Precision! I was home by myself with my 4 children in the evening and my garage would not close.
