I recently had a garage door opener installed by Precision Door, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Scheduling was easy and convenient, and the technician arrived promptly, ready to get to work. The installer(Aidan) was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. He took the time to explain the different options available to resolve the issue. He explained all the features of the new opener, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and ensured everything was operating perfectly before leaving. The installation was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of service these days, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown by Aidan. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work completed today. Aidan took the time to explain why parts needed to be replaced and the costs involved. After he completed the work, he made sure to show me what was done, explain how the sensors and new key pad work, and ask if I had any questions. He was friendly, professional and delivered excellent service with a smile - leaving nothing for me to clean up. He is a true asset to Precision.

Use them for installation of the garage door opener and once pleased with the insulation. So I had some problems after the storm and found out. I had some additional problems that were on its way and got them taken care of on the recommendation of serviceman now I have a strong Doorand quiet door. Great job.

It felt like a "sales" tactic vs when I used them several years ago... there was no sound recommendations to resolve the main issue. I was offered and quoted a bunch of things that were nice but wasn't the root of my problem. You're the expert, don't tell me that "I will let you chose what you want to do" ...and everything quoted was 50% more than they were two years ago. This seems excessive. The technicians were really nice though and were in and out for the repair, Again it felt like sales and that's not cool.
