When our garage door suddenly came to a grinding halt (literally), we called Precision. They quickly scheduled a service call at a time convenient for us and Andrew took care of us with very knowledgeable and efficient service. He assessed the problem and patiently explained all of our options from repair (very temporary fix based on life and condition of current opener and springs) to replacement. We opted to replace the unit and springs and Andrew went through all of our options to get a complete price before any work was done. He completed the entire project much quicker than I expected, thoroughly explained our new product and all its features to us, all the while exhibiting a smileand being extremely polite and friendly. Andrew is a wonderful representative of the company and I highly recommend his work to anyone.

When I called the representative was very courteous and asked if I had used their services in the past and she was able to get my information. She told me they had an availability this same afternoon between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm if I was interested. I was glad to know I would be able to have it fixed so promptly. The technician, Jeffrey Payette (Joe) called me, as I was told, to let me know he was 10 minutes from my house. Jeffrey is very professional and thorough with his work. After checking what was wrong with the garage door, he explained and gave us four options to choose from. We could repair the problem or buy a new system.
