He arrived well within the scheduled window (which was on a Sunday), and installed two new (much larger) springs and new bearings for our heavy hurricane-rated, insulated door. We had used Overhead Door before but it was the weekend. We left a message and they never called back. We remembered your ad that there was no extra charge for weekends. My wife had back surgery recently and would not be able to open or close the garage door herself while I was at work. We called and you sent someone out immediately.
