Wesley was prompt and called about 20 minutes before arriving. He assessed the situation quickly and gave me several options to fix the issue. For me, the best option was to replace the existing door opener since it was over 25 years old and on its last leg. Wesley removed the old door opener and put in a belt drive opener. The new opener is very quiet and fast. He also installed a keypad opener and walked me through all the functions of the new system.

When our garage door suddenly came to a grinding halt (literally), we called Precision. They quickly scheduled a service call at a time convenient for us and Andrew took care of us with very knowledgeable and efficient service. He assessed the problem and patiently explained all of our options from repair (very temporary fix based on life and condition of current opener and springs) to replacement. We opted to replace the unit and springs and Andrew went through all of our options to get a complete price before any work was done. He completed the entire project much quicker than I expected, thoroughly explained our new product and all its features to us, all the while exhibiting a smileand being extremely polite and friendly.
