He arrived well within the scheduled window (which was on a Sunday), and installed two new (much larger) springs and new bearings for our heavy hurricane-rated, insulated door. I have been with Precision for 3 years and everytime I call they are there same day or a time that suits my schedule. The last vist a week ago the tech arrived I explained what was happening, openned the door and he new right away the problem. I needed a support brace on the garage door. After The reps can and give us three estimates On Sunday for the repairs(which were very high) I then called another company which came on Monday. The repairs were made. There invoice was 500% than precision's lowest estimate. The highest estimate was as much as a new door.
