Mike from Precision fixed a broken spring that breaks every 2 to 3 years, replaced all the original rollers, end bearing plates, and replaced metal rollers with nylon. What a big difference! The door is quiet and doesn't shake anymore when opening and closing. I can see that the spring will last a lot longer and improved the door.

One of the best services I have used. Very professional and explain the job at hand, what it needs done. One thing that really impressed me is that they don't cut corners! When they found that the door was very slightly off balance rather than tweak it a bit to work for a few months, they changed both springs and to get perfect balance. I called Precision, because it was listed in the Five Star Rated guide for Hillsborough County. My garage door would not close by either remote (but it would open). Mike arrived promptly and noticed (coincidentally) that one of my 20-year-old springs had broken, so that had to be replaced. He quoted me a price to fix my also 20-year-old garage door opener, but it seemed to make more logical sense to replace that unit, too. So, I ended up having a much larger bill than I'd thought when I called Precision, but 20 years is also a long time to have a system. Mike was very friendly and efficient, replacing the garage door opener, both springs, and the 10 roller wheels in the rails in only about 2 hours. He also programmed my car remote for me and gave me a quick education on the new system. I felt very confident in his ability. My new system is so quiet that I have to double-check that it's actually opening after I press the garage door opener!
