The guys were excellent. They explained the issues with the door opener chain and suggested several options to correct the problem. I elected to replace the construction installed unit with a better one. Also, they identified the need to replace the rubber strip under the door to aleviate the gap. They were very professional and at no time did they pressure me to purchase the replacement unit. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

Keith arrived as scheduled and inspected the garage door. He immediately found that the boom had become unanchored from the wall attachment point due to the securing screws working loose over time. He installed a new mounting block and attached it securely to the wall and tested the door. It works perfectly now. Keith is an excellent technician and works in a very polite and professional manner. It was a pleasure having him work on the problem.
