Really it should be zero stars but the system required me to send a rating. I was almost completely ripped off by Precision. I called the company thinking it was service and name you can trust. The tech came out and told me my garage door system was destroyed and it would cost nearly $3000. I then called another company and they sent a tech out who repaired the system for an “emergeny” service fee of $300. I am incredibly disappointed by the sales tactics employed by Precision. I will never trust the company after this. It is deplorable.

Prompt and great service provided by Robert T. Very please with his work. He replaced my garage springs, bearings and shaft. He also fixed the rattling noise my garage door made when opening and closing it. I will definitely recommend them to anybody!

I’m upset about what the tech sent out to my house and charged me $160.00 for 2 simple garage openers. I was told it would cost $39.95 each and I bought 2. The tech double charged me.This was a shock to me. I would like to know why I was overcharged and I would like a refund of $80. This is out ravenous and I will not call for additional service again unless I’m compensated. In Sept 2019, I believe I had work done that was quite expensive too. Springs etc for a 7 year guarantee. Precision Garage was very professional and transparent in their repair process. I also appreciate that they came out late to diagnose and fix my issue. Robert was my technician, and he was great. He gave me options for the repair, explained to me what caused my door to break, took necessary COVID-19 precautions, and did quality work in an appropriate amount of time. Hopefully I won't have issues in the future, but if I do, I would call them again.

Robert was over today to take care of a broken garage door opener problem. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done to make the garage door operational. There were three levels of service available to fix the problem. Robert explained everything in great detail. We are totally satisfied. I hope I never have to see Robert again (LOL) but if I need garage door service, Robert is my go-to technician.
