The technician introduced himself to us on arrival pleasant personality asked us what can he do for us when he was told the problem he came inside evaluated the situation told and show us what the problems were gave us all the different options and cost for us to decide which one suits our budget, when we decided he got all his equipment and started the job ,we then decided we wanted to upgrade to a longer year warranty he changed without any problem that is what we call courtesy and flexibility. I had a window of 10-2 but because of an emergency I had to get out of my garage earlier. They graciously accommodated me and the technician (Christian) was here about 8:30. Took him no time at all to replace all parts. I had everything replaced because parts were getting old and I wanted peace of mind. Door now opens very quietly and I have the peace of mind of a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend them. Christian offered me several options on repairs, explaining each clearly. I didn't feel pressured and I chose to replace everything to avoid future interruptions of service. Totally happy.

My technician Chris was very professional and explained everything, a new garage opener was required. The installation was completed quickly. Precision Door has service my door in the past and I used them again today. They are honest, reputable, licensed and bonded. Yesterday at about 3pm the springs on our garage door broke. I called Precision and they told me they could have their tech Christian here between 4-8pm. Christian called about 15 minutes later and said he would be here in about 20 minutes. When he got here he explained what needed to be done. Within an hour he had completed the repairs. Christian Walker examined the problem, intermittent door operation, and then presented us several alternatives. After a discussion we choose the opener that best fit our need and Christian went to work to install the new opening system. We were back with a fully operational door in about an hour.

I chose this company because of its high Google rating and the ability to come out on the same day. The repair was for them to come out and replace one of two Springs that were broken. The next morning when I operated the door I noticed it was much more quiet and worked very smoothly. I am writing the service as one star due to the negligence of the technician laying the power cord for the control box across the chain of the Drive Unit. Not only would this be considered a fire hazard but would also end up sawing through the power cord resulting in another repair. Thank goodness I noticed it in time enough to unplug it I relocated it to run under the unit as it should have been done by the technician and replug it in.

These guys are great! Our garage door opener quit after fifteen years. We called and they showed up the same day. They sold us a new system, just what we needed and wanted. They installed it immediately and took only about two hours. They stuck to their original price estimate and waived the service charge. We even got a great warranty, which the company services directly. The two men who came and did the job were professional, respectful, friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. I can't wait until we need another system, so we can call Precision Overhead Garage Door again.
