BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY…. We Needed help programming a new garage door opener, a neighborhood handyman said to call precision THIS was a huge mistake! He was here less than 30 minutes… (provided NO or needed any PARTS) He said the programming he did was not warrantied AND left wires hanging and didn’t program 2 of the remotes ALL for $250. The company doesn’t even give military discount!!! *BEWARE* don’t give a blank check to this company. They will rip you off.

Chris Johnson was amazing! I clipped my garage door backing out this morning and our garage door was not stable. I called Precision garage at 4:30pm and they came out by 5:40pm. Chris assessed the garage and performed a quick fix. He also gave me a reasonable quote for a new garage door in the future. Didn’t realize our garage door is 23 years old! Chris placed 3 shiny bolts to reinforce the door and when we are ready for a new door I will be calling Precision! Professional, reliable, honest, dependable, with excellent customer service. The gentleman who helped me was very nice but tried to sell me something I didn't need. He was hoping I would purchase a brand new door opener for $1100. However, the cheaper option was changing out the electrical board. I went with the cheaper option and it worked! I asked for 2 additional remotes which I almost fell over dead when he told me they were $150 each with programming. Really, that is a bold face rip off. Unfortunately, I will never use your company again.
