I spoke to a technician who was servicing a neighbor’s door awhile back and was very impressed. Very knowledgeable technician today, who explained what he felt was needed after his assessment but left all decisions to me.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY…. We Needed help programming a new garage door opener, a neighborhood handyman said to call precision THIS was a huge mistake! He was here less than 30 minutes… (provided NO or needed any PARTS) He said the programming he did was not warrantied AND left wires hanging and didn’t program 2 of the remotes ALL for $250. The company doesn’t even give military discount!!! *BEWARE* don’t give a blank check to this company. They will rip you off.

Chris Johnson was amazing! I clipped my garage door backing out this morning and our garage door was not stable. I called Precision garage at 4:30pm and they came out by 5:40pm. Chris assessed the garage and performed a quick fix. He also gave me a reasonable quote for a new garage door in the future. Didn’t realize our garage door is 23 years old! Chris placed 3 shiny bolts to reinforce the door and when we are ready for a new door I will be calling Precision! Professional, reliable, honest, dependable, with excellent customer service. Thank you Chris! Thank you Precision!

Chris did an excellent job for us yesterday! He came to our home. He listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problems. He made the appropriate repairs and adjustments and said to be sure and call anytime there was an issue with the operation of our garage door. Chris was courteous, competent, and kind! This is my second time using Precision. The first was two years ago to replace an old garage door opener. This time was for a broken sporing. Everything was made very easy at an affordable price. From the time I called to the time our garage door was fixed was less than 2 hours. Chris Johnson was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He showed up on time, explained the issue, gave us options and had the garage door back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Precision!

The gentleman who helped me was very nice but tried to sell me something I didn't need. He was hoping I would purchase a brand new door opener for $1100. However, the cheaper option was changing out the electrical board. I went with the cheaper option and it worked! I asked for 2 additional remotes which I almost fell over dead when he told me they were $150 each with programming. Really, that is a bold face rip off. Unfortunately, I will never use your company again.

Arrived on time, was very polite and professional. Explained what we needed and gave us three price options to choose between. Being seniors, we choose the least expensive out of necessity. Work was performed without a hitch and we were explained in detail how to maintain. Our technicians name was Chris Johnson and he was very professional, very polite and very knowledgeable. I honestly must say I did have sticker shock as I didn't expect it to be so expensive. Chris gave us a 5% Senior discount and every little bit helps so thank you. Because of punctuality, knowledge, politeness and all parts needed were on his truck, I will always call Precision for our garage lift door needs. I will be happy to refer them to my friends as well. We especially thank Chris for the fantastic service, knowledge and politeness. Use Precision with confidence. The Sonenbergs
