The spring on our large garage door broke. We have a Precision sticker on the inside of a canine door in the laundry room left from previous service, so I called and got on the schedule. Arnold came at the anticipated time, was friendly and efficient, had the necessary spring in his truck, and fixed our door. He also made some keen observations about loose wheel trolley bolts and fixed all of that.

SOOOO HAPPY ! ! ! Our service technician (Arnold) arrived ON TIME and was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though the broken spring was obvious, he inspected the door and advised of possible problems we were not aware of. No high pressure but since it had been 20 years since the door was last repaired there were issues that need to be addressed. Arnold did the agreed upon repairs, he even had all of the necessary parts on his truck, none of this I'll pick up the parts and be back tomorrow! Very happy with Arnold and Precision.
