This is the 3rd time in 10 years that I have used Precision for garage door related issues. Always been very satisfied. Technician Brian Harmon was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue. I do not agree with the $20 fuel surcharge at this time as gas is not that expensive. This is just another profit add on at a time when it is not justified. It was, in fact, a great choice. It was a professional and excellent learning experience. My 2-month-old unit stopped opening from the wall button but worked from the remotes and I called Precision. They scheduled service technician David Crowe to check the unit the first thing next day. He found a humming noise in the unit and replaced it with a new one in about an hour returning it to full service at no charge. It is good to know a company that stands behind their warranty!
