Following the two-foot flooding of my garage due to Hurricane Helene in October 2024, over time, the sensors and lower brackets of my garage doors began to corrode due to rust, causing issues with proper door operation. I contacted Precision and immediately received service. The service technician Bill was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, self-sufficient, thorough, and explained everything that was being replaced, providing me with an estimate up front. Bill also thankfully solved a sensor issue that had been a problem for a long time. I can't recommend Precision Garage Doors enough! Wonderful experience from start to finish.

Alexander did a great job of diagnosing the issue with our garage system and walking me through the options. He also made sure to oil the door even though that wasn't the issue. He even made suggestions on what we might want to consider next since it's a fairly old system. We now have an opener that works much better than the old one and our door is much quieter.
