My garage remote was not working. Austin Orton came out at the time expected .He was very courteous and professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. We had our original Genie garage opener that lasted over 20 hrs so we stayed with that and luckily called Prescion. We had someone come the same day and our new garage opener was finished the in a couple hours. The price was reasonable.
