Your ad on TV said same day service and that is what I received. I needed to get my car out so I could get to work the next day and they came out and worked on the door until 9:30 that night. Great service and great people. They explained everything they had to do and Carlos Morales was very courteous and polite. If you had six stars I would give the six to you.

John arrived to free my car from the sudden garage imprisonment. I woke up this morning and found that the garage door wouldn't open. After finding that one of the springs was broken, I called Precision. After examining the garage, John suggested that the two tension cables and the two bearing plates also be replaced. He showed me the condition of both and I agreed. After 40 minutes, the repair was complete including lubrication of al moving parts. Great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Friendly, experienced tech. Work done in minimum time. A little pricey, tho. But that's the problem when nobody will give you an estimate until they arrive, and then if you don't like the price charge you a hefty service call fee... "Recommended services" was almost the cost of a complete garage door system including opener, but only addressed rollers, bearings, (which turned out to be ok, just needed a greasing when I didn't agree to replace them) cables and pulleys. I would still have had the original door, railings, and opener. . I stuck with the springs and did have them replace an obviously worn cable and pulley wheel. Still, $600 for two springs, a cable, and a pulley.
