Michael, the technician was very skilled, knowledgeable and clean. Patient and polite, explained everything to us, including all our different options. Precision installed our door 7 years ago. During the tuneup inspection, it was discovered that the motor was 23 years and nearly worn out. Additionally, the rollers were slightly worn and could be replaced. We elected to have a new Motor, chain and rollers installed.

Great group of service professionals. They were upfront and honest with the estimate and why certain things should be done now to prevent possible issues down the road. The garage door is now "whisper quiet" and more structurally secured compared to the original "lower the castle drawbridge". This was a full mechanism "overhaul" of the garage door itself. Springs, support shaft, bearings, cables, rollers and hinges that were not included in the original door installation over twenty years ago. They even showed us what needs to be done as a preventative maintenance measure to get another 20 years plus out of the garage door.

The spring on our large garage door broke. We have a Precision sticker on the inside of a canine door in the laundry room left from previous service, so I called and got on the schedule. Arnold came at the anticipated time, was friendly and efficient, had the necessary spring in his truck, and fixed our door.
