He made my wife and I feel like helping us to have a safe and well-operating garage door was his priority. John arrived to free my car from the sudden garage imprisonment. I woke up this morning and found that the garage door wouldn't open. After finding that one of the springs was broken, I called Precision. After examining the garage, John suggested that the two tension cables and the two bearing plates also be replaced. He showed me the condition of both and I agreed. After 40 minutes, the repair was complete including lubrication of al moving parts. Great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
