Noah was simply fantastic! He repaired our broken springs and had our garage door working like new in no time. He was very knowledgeable and also great at explaining how and what needed to be done. I chose Precision Garage doors for the repairs I needed for the keypad on the wall outside my garage. From start to finish, it was a simple straightforward easy process to request service and get the job done promptly for a reasonable price. My call was answered promptly and actually could have had the service done that afternoon. But my schedule made this morning better. I had the 8-noon window. While on the schedule call I was given the name of my technician. The email I received regarding the appointment included a link to their site so I could see what my technician looked like . This way I could be sure this was the right person at my door. This morning I received a phone call around 9am and he arrived about 25 minutes later. The technician was very thorough and friendly and polite. He was able to determine the problem and try a few options to resolve before resorting to more expensive solutions. My issue was resolved and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Plus I was emailed my receipt, as well as details about the service and related warranty. I love not having to store and file papers

I have used Precision Door before and once again I was very pleased with the service of Noah. He was professional, skill in identifying the problem and helpful in ensuring that I understood what had happened and how to fix it. He also took a picture of the code on the motor so that I had a reference to look at. For instance, 3 blinks indicates difficulty with the sensors. I also was impressed with the person on the phone who try to help me. I will absolutely use Precision Door again
