I really had a good experience with Precision. Chris Knight came out twice to reprogram my opener at no charge. It was decided to replace my current Liftmaster with a newer model. He came out and installed it in no time, showed me how to operate it and what was different with the newer model. It is people like Chris that give your company a good name. We chose Precision because you were available and responded so quickly to our garage door need in September 2009 when I was leaving to go to Moffitt Cancer care center for a stem cell transplant for bone marrow cancer. We had the door replaced in October/November after my return home. We needed two remotes to be programmed for the door at this time. Chris was here and did so professionally and gave us good input on maintenance of the door and tracks themselves.
