One of my torsion springs had broken and the door wouldn't open. Nelson came out, a little late, but well within the arranged appointment time frame. He was very interested in making sure I understood the issue, what my options were and the costs. He took care of the problem and replaced some other sub-standard parts in the process. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, but the door has never been quieter than it is now.

I called Precision when my garage door quit working. My call was answered immediately and dispatched to Lucas Wyngarden. Lucas showed up within about 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me several options with pricing, and went to work to replace my opener. Once the job was done he helped to make sure everything was programed properly and working correctly. Friendly, professional service from start to finish.

Precision Garage Door business was recommended to me back in March 2025 when I needed repair. The issues were fixed and the technician was very polite and informative. The other day the neighborhood where I live had a power outage for several hours . The garage door was not working so I called the representative at the business and they gave me an appointment the next day . This time it was another technician and he was very informative about the issue and fixed it. The warranty was still good so no out of pocket expense for me. Thank you for great service and the technicians that represent your company.

The tech was extremely nice and responsive. However the quote was insulting high almost board line unethical. $16k for modifications starting, then knocked off $9k right out of the gate, still insulting high but that amount of price increase is taking advantage of people that don’t know any better. The amount of money knocked of the price more than double what the scope should have cost. .

We have always called Precision for any issue involving our garage door because they make an excellent product and their service is top-notch. This latest experience was no exception. When the door wouldn't open, preventing me from getting the car out, I called Precision and they sent Aidan out very quickly. Not only was he there promptly, but he was also very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to install a new opener, explain the operational details, and he even programmed the remote in the car. It was a pleasure working with him, and I only wish other businesses had employees like him - a skilled professional who does his work honestly and with integrity.

Great job repairing my 35 year old door with new spring, bearings and even replaced a few sheet metal screws to hold the door together. Lewis Price was friendly, informative, and professional. He explained what needed to be done and performed service that I wanted. I had requested an estimate for a new door in the future.
