Luke came out this morning to replace a broken spring. His attention to detail enabled him to notice not only a bent shaft, but also a couple of worn bearings. After that, he went above and beyond and stapled the sensor wires to the ceiling, which had been hanging for years, and adjusted the open and close pressures. You just don't find that kind of dedication these days. I would not hesitate for a second to use this company again. I'm really glad that their sticker was on the inside of the garage door. I had called another company first, and was told that I had to pay a 99.00 service fee if i didn't like the quote! It was after that call that i noticed the sticker, and boy I'm glad i did. Thanks again Luke!

I noticed the garage door making a new noise (it was very noisy anyway) but this one was very loud and squeeky ! The system is 8 years old, so I assumed needed new springs. I went to google reviews, and this company showed very high ratings, and was open on SUNDAY (today!!!). I called and the lady was very nice and informative and said a truck would be out today !!! with no extra charge !!! Wayne arrived (very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient !!!) asked me to operate the door, and said do you see that ? pointing to the "spring anchor" (piece of wood in the middle holding the tension bar and springs in the middle)"It's coming off the wall !!!". I hadn't noticed ! He said it could have caused serious damage (bodily as well as property) if it had broke free !!! He quickly set to work anchoring it correctly. We also needed springs and bearings and he lubed the whole door. We appreciate Wayne Madore's knowledge and skill very much !!! My advice : get professional advice from somebody like Wayne before you get yourself or family hurt by trying to do it yourself !! Just my 2 cents ...

Called for service on a Sunday afternoon. Technician, Travis, was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue with my door and explained everything to me with options as to what I could do. He fixed the issue and did service on the door. Even though I am the new owner of the home, Precision did not charge me as they had been here before though it had been quite a while. I will definitely use Precision when I need a new door opener or future service.

The technician, Brian Harmon was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable about his job, friendly, courteous and a definite asset to the company. Precision came the same day I called them, the technician was so nice and very knowledgeable. He replaced my garage door opener, explained everything in detail, programmed my car and key pad, he went over all the operational aspects of the new opener. Of course! It just happened to be December 24th! (Christmas Eve Day!) I pulled out of my garage to take my wife's car to the car wash and when I pushed the garage door remote the garage door went up and down! Yep! Up and down! Well I checked all the things that I could check! And it still the garage door went up & down! We have used Precision before, so I called them (thinking they would be closed for Christmas Eve) Talked to a receptionist who (to my delight!) told me they would be out between 2 and 6 that day! Received a call from Joshua that he was on his way! He arrived about twenty minutes later! I learned with in minutes Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable about his Company and what my needs were! After a three tier quote I approved a new garage door opener that would work for me! Joshua and the fellow tech completed the installation in less time than I imagined. Again very professional! I have to thank Joshua & Precision again for they fine work & professional attitude! And my thoughts! Joshua is a GREAT asset to Precision! Thank You!

My service tech was Stefan Harris. He arrived on time, he was polite and courteous, did a thorough inspection, told me the problem and explained my options. Stefan adjusted the springs and cables lubricated all parts and reset my garage door opener. Everything is now working the way it should.

Precision came to the rescue! You don't realize the inconvenience of not having a garage door open/close at the touch of the button until it doesn't work. Stefan Harris of Precision arrived first thing in the morning and checked it all out. Considering my opener was from 1993, it was time to come up to date! Stefan changed out everything but the garage door. He worked diligently. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. And very patient in answering all my questions. From Deseree taking my after hours call to Stefan doing a fantastic job, Precision impressed me. I will always use you in the future, and recommend you to friends.

The repairman was very professional and informed and showed me the items that need to be replaced. Gave me the amounts it would cost to repair it and explained everything to me before doing the work. It was a Saturday night and he got here around 830pm and when he left my door was working again. Hopefully my door will be working for years to come.
