Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable on what my garage door needed to be fixed properly. He detailed the areas of concerns which needed to be addressed by visibly showing me the problem areas. Their was no question in my mind the appropriate fix was a new garage door. I am not an expert on garage doors but after seeing the actual condition of our door I know the door will need to be replaced very soon. Mike fixed our door as a temporary measure until we could afford a new one and did not charge me for the temporary fix. I will definitely use Precision Garage Doors to install a new door. I really had a good experience with Precision. Chris Knight came out twice to reprogram my opener at no charge. It was decided to replace my current Liftmaster with a newer model. He came out and installed it in no time, showed me how to operate it and what was different with the newer model. It is people like Chris that give your company a good name. He was polite, kind and very helpful. I know in the future if I have any problems, I can call on him to help me. Thanks.
