I called today in sort of a panic because my garage door wouldn't open. I was greeted by the receptionist and booked a tech to come out that afternoon. Ben showed up quickly and was very professional and ccourteous to my family an me. He did a fantastic job and had the door fixed in no time! Ben is a great technician and an asset to Precision. Thank you Precision and I now know who to call for all my garage door needs (and friends and family as well!). THANKS Precision!
