Technician showed up on time (actually a little early) Surveyed the problem and inspected all aspects of the garage door. He determined the necesary repairs and offered a immediate solution and suggested a longer term fix. He repaired the door in a timely and efficient manner. We decided on the long term fix and thus far are very satisfied with the results.
