The process for getting an estimate for the doors was very good. However, it took several phone calls with no response and 2 weeks before I could get my questions answered. This morning we had the 2 garage doors installed. It was a two person team that came out and one of them was rude, did not want to help move a few boxes out of the way and put them back, and he did not care that he moved a storage rack on wheels and left a long streak of rubber on a fresh concrete garage floor because he did not unlock the wheels before moving them. Unprofessional service. Doors look good.

Hi … we had Josh out to put new sensors on and the bill was $363.00 after I looked on the internet I found out it should cost anywhere from $50 to $300 . I thought it was a bit expensive . It only took a few minutes and the parts shouldn’t be that much …. Hmmmm not a happy camper. He was very nice and professional .

Precision installed my garage door years ago and installed an automatic opener in 2021. I wouldn't go anywhere else. As a result of an electrical outage during Hurricane Milton, my garage door opener was fried and had to be replaced. The technician did a great job!

Outrageously expensive. I do believe it was price gouging due to the hurricane. My sensors were damaged due to flooding from hurricane Helene. I provided the sensors, they installed 4 rollers and 1 remote. I was charged $826 dollars and now the external keypad doesn't work.
