Great experience with Cheyney today. We were experiencing issues with our motor. He explained the issues clearly and presented the options available without any pressure. We decided to have a new motor and chain installed and are pleased as it is now much quieter when it’s running. I’ve had a Precision Garage Door for years now and it’s great! The service call today was to replace my battery powered access panel due to age related problems. The service technician was very friendly and explained his recommendation for a replacement. He also gave me some good advice about my garage door opener. He quickly replaced my old panel and had me up and running again.
