He arrived within the scheduled time and not only resolved my problem but took the time to show me how to avoid the problem in the future and other methods to properly maintain the system. My garage door wouldn't work and Travis responded to the service call. He quickly accessed the issue. A power surge fried the computer board. He explained my options and also which other parts looked like they needed to be replaced . He installed the new unit and other parts quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors! I was having issues with my garage door opener keypad. Making an appointment was easy and the young lady on the phone was very professional. The technician, Aaron, kept me informed as to his arrival time, and, when he arrived, he was very professional and pleasant. He quickly addressed the issue. Aaron also did a quick inspection of the garage door and lubricated all the hinges. He asked if I had any questions or other concerns. When he left, he thanked me for being a customer!
