The technician arrived at the time quoted, called when he was 20 minutes out. He listened to my concerns and suggested ideas and projected costs. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and it was tested to ensure I was satisfied and suggested that I spray some lubricant every 5-6 months and left me a can of the correct lubricant and where to apply.
