We had purchased a new door from Precision in 2016. We had not had any problems until now when it had become very noisy when opening and shutting. Michael, the tech that came out, immediately reported to us that our door had no issue other than the springs and certain hinge and roller areas needing lubricating. Something we should have been doing a couple of times a year. He was nice enough to do this for us, show us how it is done, and leave us a can of spray. He said they go over this when doors are installed, which I am sure they probably did. I remember the installation was very professional and we were very impressed at the time. Michael was very pleasant, prompt and had our door working quietly in no time. Highly recommend this company!

Chris came out to give the quote, and reinforced my thought that this was a good decision, due to his professional demeanor, knowledge of the product, and straightforward answers to my questions. Today the tech arrived early, which was wonderful from my point of view. He set right to work, quickly installing the door, opener and outside keypad. I now have the quietest door I have ever had. Three times now I had to look twice because I thought it was not working, but it was already finished opening or closing the door. Amazing. I highly recommend Precision!

Finding a service technician for anything these days is like playing spin-the-bottle...you never know what you will end up with. Yesterday the bottle stopped at Precision Garage Door Service. I was dubious but really hit the jackpot. Today, Carlos and Brian came out to diagnose my over 20-year-old garage door opener malfunction. Needing a replacement did not surprise me, but everything else did. Both gentlemen were pleasant, professional (in manner and attire), helpful, skilled, and efficient. In no time I had a new garage door opener for a price that I could afford. My only complaint? The door is too quiet…now I can’t hear my son sneak in, in the middle of the night. ? Precision would have gotten 5 stars. I gave only 4 because I was not presented with a detailed estimate of what was going to be replaced repaired etc.. I believe on your home page that this is what was advertised. The tech was very courteous, professional and upbeat. After inspecting the job. He explained everything that was going to be done. He then presented me with a piece of paper with three prices. That dealt with the price of the repairs and length of warranty options. Other than that, I'm very happy with the work and would recommend Precision to my Neighbors.

I had a hurricane door installed two years ago that came out perfect so I decided to get the key pad installed. It’s a life saver when I’m working outside and want the door closed. Only took 10-15 minutes to put in. Mike the installer was very helpful with the operation of the key pad. Would highly recommend precision door for all your needs.

The girl on the phone was nice but the total price she quoted me for parts and installation should have included their hidden fees... the installer used scare tactics to pressure the upsale. Even if his prediction comes true i will use a different company for new service especially since they wont warranty the work they performed. Before leaving a review i replied to the owners email asking how my service was and i simply got a generic response back asking to leave a review about my experience but no apology for my dissapointing experience. Im sure other people have great reviews but my experience was a dud. The technician wasnt rude but i didnt care for his method of up selling.
